Steps to reproduce:
1. Freshly install and launch chrome, Open NTP and observe First Run Bubble.

Actual Result: Change link is slightly misaligned.
Expected Result: Change link should not be misaligned.

This is regression issue broken in ‘M-64’ and and will soon update the bisect info.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 64.0.3256.0 (Revision:513349)
Bad build: 64.0.3257.0 (Revision:513642)

You are probably looking for a change made after 513360 (known good), but no later than 513361 (first known bad).
