Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: Open attached HTML file. What is the expected behavior? Both monospace paragraphs should be monospace. What went wrong? Only one paragraph is monospace on mobile Chrome. The paragraphs are different font sizes on desktop Chrome. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? FWIW a simple test.html reveals this bug both in desktop Chrome and Firefox, but not in IE11.

Tested the issue in Android and able to reproduce the issue. Similar behavior is observed from Chrome #59.0.3030.0. Steps Followed: 1. Launched the Chrome Browser. 2. Opened the test file provided in the original comment. 6. Observed that only one paragraph is mono space. Chrome versions tested: 59.0.3030.0, 62.0.3202.84 (Stable), 64.0.3270.2(Canary), 64.0.3261.0(Dev) OS: Android 8.0.0 Android Devices: Pixel Build/OPR6.170623.023 This seems to be a Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen since M59.
