Address Bar disappears

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open new window through profile selector
2. Resize window to the smallest size to the upper right of the screen
3. Press Cmd+T to create a new tab
4. Address Bar disappears

What is the expected behavior?
Address Bar should not Disappear

What went wrong?
The Address Bar disappeared from all tabs when I tried to open a new tab

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.0

not everytime since I rarely resize (to the minimum size) and position my browser to the upper right corner of my screen. But tried it 5 times today 5 times the address bar disappeared
