Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.30 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://zh-min-nan.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tek-pia%CC%8Dt:%E5%88%86%E9%A1%9E Steps to reproduce the problem: Please compare how U+0358 COMBINING DOT ABOVE RIGHT etc. is rendered between Firefox and Chromium... I think Firefox does a much better job. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? (Also noted in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=179753 ) Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Tested the issue on ubuntu 14.04 using chrome version #63.0.3239.30 as per original comment and C#3. The same behaviour is seen on Firefox and Chromium. It would be great if you could provide the actual and expected behaviour. Please find the attached screen-cast and let us know if we have missed any steps in reproducing the issue from TE-end.
