Files> There is no focus on the mounted .rar file

Chrome OS: 10032.39.0, 63.0.3239.50 beta-channel caroline

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Files app and open a .rar file either from Downloads/USB/Gdrive folder.
(2) File gets mounted on left-pane

What is the expected result?
Focus should be on the mounted .rar file, in a similar way as with mounted .zip file.
This is a regression issue as used to work in previous builds.

What happens instead?
Observe that there is no focus on the mounted file.

I don't think this is a regression with M63, because I have confirmed this happening on 62.0.3202.82 stable.

When using Zip Archiver,

Actual: opens the volume in a new window

Expected: navigate to the zip volume using the same window as the zip file was opened

Fix a runtime error in the background page upon internal archive mount.

.rar is mounted with ARCHIVE type by internal task mount_archive
instead of an extension. The error prevented automatic navigation
to the mounted archive volume.
