Issue descriptionApp Version: 63.0.3239.48 beta iOS Version: 11.1 Device: iPhoneX URL: na Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Google Chrome , sign into account which has a passphrase set. 2. Enter wrong passphrase 3. Change device orientation from portrait to landscape. Observed results: “Incorrect Passphrase” text lingers for a few secs when device orientation is changed from portrait to landscape. Expected results: Text should move smoothly when device is orientation is changed from portrait to landscape. This is an issue with the Sync passphrase UI in Settings.
