Issue descriptionChrome: 64.0.3268.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) (cohort: Clang-64) NVDA: 2017.3 Jaws: 2018 Steps to repro: 1. with Jaws or NVDA running, focus the omnibar 2. Type a question mark '?' 3. Omnibar indicates search engine 4. Notice that there is no way for screen reader users to know this has happened: No announcement, no title or label change. 5. Press tab 6. Press shift+tab 7. Notice focus does not move from the text field Expected: I expected to be able to tab to the 'site information' button which has become a search engine button Actual: Focus doesn't change.
