WebRTC Crashed ChromeOS

Issue description

Chrome Version: 63.0.3239.42
Operating System: e.g., "Windows 7", "Mac OSX 10.6"

Can you reproduce this problem?

What steps will reproduce this problem? (or if it's not reproducible, what were you doing just before the problem)?

1. Started UberConference.com call with 8 tabs open on Chromebook Pixel (2015) Samus 
2. Started chrome://webrtc-internals page
3. Crashed the entire system, though Audio remained connected.

Status: Duplicate (was: Unconfirmed)
From the crash report in #2, this looks like a dupe of  bug 692770 .
It is apparently a bug unrelated to WebRTC that fixed in newer versions.
Closing as duplicate, but please reopen if this is still an issue.
