Draggable element ghost is displayed with opaque corners, ignoring border-radius.

Reported by l...@zeetta.com, Nov 15 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.62 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Give an element "A" the `draggable="true"` attribute
2. Give element "A" a background colour that is distinct from the element behind it.
3. Give element "A" about 10px of border-radius, enough so that you can see it clearly.
4. Create a separate element "B" with a third distinct background colour that you can drag the draggable element over (doesn't need any drag / drop related events configuring).
5. Drag the element "A" over element "B".

What is the expected behavior?
Element A appears to have nicely rounded corners against the background of element B

What went wrong?
Element A appears to have corners in the colour of the element that was behind it when the drag was started. In other words, the element A's ghost does not have rounded corners like element A does.

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Please see https://www.html5rocks.com/en/tutorials/dnd/basics/#toc-dragstart
Drag one of the grey squares over another and look at the dragged item's corners.

Tested this issue on Ubuntu 16.04 using the latest Stable 62.0.3202.94 and unable to reproduce this issue.

On dragging the element, can observe that it has round corners. Attached is the screen shot for reference.

We are unable to test this issue on Ubuntu 17.04 as some file is corrupted. Will test this issue on Ubuntu 17.04 once it is available and will update the bug.

Thanks..
