What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and open print preview using 'Cmd + P'
2. Now click on 'More settings' and click on 'Scale' text field and press 'Cmd + A' and observe

Actual: Unable to select all text using keyboard keys 'Cmd + A' in 'Scale' text field of print preview
Expected: Should be able to select all text using keyboard keys 'Cmd + A' in 'Scale' text field of print preview

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-56 series from build # 56.0.2902.0

Kindly review the attached screen cast for reference.

Note : Issue is not seen on Linux and Windows OS.
