What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Play video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ViZEk1vnFCw
(2) Go to about:media-internals
(3) Select active media player and look for audio and video bitrates

What is the expected result?
I should be able to find these valuable information (especially for Media Capabilities API)

What happens instead?
No audio and video bitrates are available ;(
