Issue descriptionChrome Version:63.0.3239.52 b8a58abd2f40e10b3457777b6c060798642dad8c-refs/branch-heads/3239@{#495}64-bit) OS: Win(7,8,10), Mac(10.12.6) and Linux(14.04 LTS). Steps to reproduce: 1.Launch chrome and navigate to google.co.in. 2.Click on share button and Press tab key untill it reaches copy link and observe. Actual Result: Focus get stuck on copy link on pressing TAB Key of google doodle's share option. Expected Result:Focus should traverse properly on copy link on pressing TAB Key of google doodle's share option. r470824 shouldn't be relevant. It only fixes some JavaScript Web APIs, which are not used by focus navigation. kochi@: Could you take a look? Thanks!

I don't think this is any of regression, lowering the priority and remove people who are probably not interested in this.
