Regression:Close button doesn't appear in 'cookies in use' overlay.

Issue descriptionChrome Version:63.0.3239.52 (Official Build) b8a58abd2f40e10b3457777b6c060798642dad8c-refs/branch-heads/3239@{#495} (32/64-bit) OS:Windows (7,8,8.1,10) Precondition: Enable 'Material design in the rest...' flag from chrome://flags/ What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and navigate to any webpage for e.g. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/ (2)Click on lock icon > cookies link button such that overlay appears and observe Actual: Close button doesn't appear in cookies in use overlay. Expected: Close button should be seen in cookies in use overlay. This is a regression issue broken in 'M63' and below is the manual bisect info Good Build: 63.0.3230.0 Bad Build: 63.0.3231.0

That's correct. This was deliberate - see the description for the linked <https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/d51f1314d79b6beea525e6f3a6c8d118fec53bf6>, which includes: "3) Hides the top-right close button" |
