Regression:Unwanted space is seen at R.H.S of gmail acc tab while dragging it into separate window

Chrome Version:63.0.3239.50/10032.37.0  beta-channel Daisy,Candy,Reks
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >>launch chrome,open 2 tabs >>open gmail account in one of the tab
(2)Now drag the gmail account tab into separate window and Observe at R.H.S(kindly refer video)

Actual:While dragging the gmail tab to separate window unwanted space is seen at R.H.S
Expected:No such unnecessary space should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-57 Candy

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
