Network activity does not show file download requests

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open new tab
2. Open Network tab of Developer Tools
3. https://dl.google.com/linux/direct/google-chrome-stable_current_amd64.deb

What is the expected behavior?
Network request is displayed.

What went wrong?
No network requests shown in activity

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94  Channel: stable
OS Version: 
Flash Version:

I recognize the same issue. If I send a post via form submit, the request won't show up! Even in the pending state, the request was shown in earlier versions. If the requests ends up in a download, the network tab never recognizes it!

In my opinion it is Not Necessary to Show the complete Body
It would be good to See the headers at least
