Issue descriptionSee https://luci-milo.appspot.com/buildbot/chromium.webkit/WebKit%20Linux%20Trusty%20%28dbg%29/7006 https://storage.googleapis.com/chromium-layout-test-archives/WebKit_Linux_Trusty__dbg_/7006/layout-test-results/results.html where a bunch of devtoiols layout tests started failing. I expect this is due to https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/754007 , which I will revert.
