When using CWVWebView, sometimes -webViewDidFinishNavigation: is called before CWVWebView.estimatedProgress becomes 1 (observed with KVO). e.g., It happens on http://ikea.com (still sometimes, not always).

This doesn't cause any immediate issue for now, but still it's weird.
