Have a simple "hello world" test to run when first setting up moblab |

Issue descriptionI think it would be good if we have a standard "hello world" test that we want partners to run when they are first bringing up moblab to ensure everything's working end to end before embarking on more complicated testing. Perhaps a checklist as well for them to walk through; not for every bug report but at least for first bring up. Maybe sub-checklists for specific use cases when running for the first time.

There is already a "dummyPass" test - and a "dummySSP" test perhaps we can put them on a new suite and add an option to RunSuite to run that new suite.
