Steps To Reproduce:
(1)Open playstore and install any app
(2)Observe the notification 


Expected Result:
Should have space between app name and seconds left.
  
Actual Result:
Missing space between app name and seconds left on download manager notification. 
How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
