Migrate Findit chromeos builders to Luci-lite

Project Member Reported by st...@chromium.org, Nov 14 2017

Issue description

Builder/tester on chromium.chromiumos were renamed and old ones were deleted by https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/tools/build/+/768088

As we are migrating to Luci-lite, it makes more sense to migrate those Findit chromeos builders to Luci-lite as well.

Missing builders are as below:
https://findit-for-me.appspot.com/waterfall/check-trybot-mapping
or
https://screenshot.googleplex.com/0dt13EoYXgj.png

Status: Started (was: Assigned)
IIUC:

This means
 - Remove support for these:
    Linux ChromiumOS Builder (dbg)
    Linux ChromiumOS Ozone Builder
    Linux ChromiumOS Tests (dbg)(1)
    ChromiumOS daisy Compile
    Linux ChromiumOS Builder
    Linux ChromiumOS Tests (1)
    Linux ChromiumOS Ozone Tests (1)
    ChromiumOS amd64-generic Compile
    ChromiumOS x86-generic Compile

  - and add support for these (using luci-lite):
     chromeos-amd64-generic-rel
     linux-chromeos-dbg
     chromeos-daisy-rel
     linux-chromeos-rel

Yes, I think so.

The migration is currently blocked on Issue 785384, it turns out that machines need to be replaced (slave-* to swarm-*)

I have updated the migration playbook at go/findit-trybots-to-swarmbucket
