CSS transform cube white pixels

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to https://www.demo.goiguide.com/ or any property on youriguide.com
2. click on "CLICK TO EXPLORE"
3. drag panoramic view with mouse

What is the expected behavior?
The panoramas cube should be displayed without any white pixels on it.

What went wrong?
Some white pixels appear on the panorama.

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

The fact that the faces are disappearing are not what to look at in this issue. We have filed another bug report about that issue.
Here is a screenshot showing the white pixels in the yellow oval.

 Issue 784903  had grey background showing instead of parts of image and it was not present until v 62. This  issue 784908  has bright white random pixels showing instead (cannot be quite seen in the screenshot) and it has been around for at least couple years.
