CSS transform cube white pixels

The panoramas cube should be displayed without any white pixels on it. What went wrong? Some white pixels appear on the panorama. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? Issue 784903 has been merged into this issue.

Issue 784903 had grey background showing instead of parts of image and it was not present until v 62. This issue 784908 has bright white random pixels showing instead (cannot be quite seen in the screenshot) and it has been around for at least couple years.
