No idea about this one, not seeing any relevant CLs nearby. It looks like it used to be mostly 1 before and is mostly 0 now though.

Ah, there were more alerts with the same range. Maybe it's due to https://webrtc-review.googlesource.com/c/src/+/7740?

I think we have another instance of "infra change". The changes are only in Linux FYI bots. The changes are not present on other platforms, and they have not transferred to the non-FYI bots.
