This seems like it could be related to the 10.13 rendering glitches, but the reported OS version is 10.12.6. Maybe the graphcis card just can't support the required resolution. christopher.kuhrt@, please go to chrome://gpu and copy paste the output to this bug report. ccameron@, do you have a suitable monitor to check?

No, I don't have an iMac. Adding ericrk in case he has diagnostic ideas. It starts by looking like checkerboarding, then it looks like out-of-gpu-memory or sync issues.

christopher.kuhrt@, do you happen to know what resolution you're running your system at? If you go to System Preferences > Displays, do you have a "scaled" setting selected, and if so, what scale (what does it say for "looks like A x B" under the picture of your screen). Thanks!

My guess is that this is us running up against our memory limits (although the info requested in #5 will help confirm) - we may need to bump these higher, similar to what was done in https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/0375ae80fe1d94e9d0fc175ce4312d1b3a6bc168

We haven't received the requested feedback that would let us localize the problem. I'd be happy closing this. Having said that, just doubling the memory limits for large monitor seems inadequate. Why not 4x?

Oh, damn. I wrote my feedback but never send it... I have three Screens. A: 16:10 @1920x1200 B (4k): 16:9 @ 1440p C: 16:10 @1920x1200 "Scaled" is not activated. OS version is now: 10.13.1 (issue is still there) Render flickering is still only on Screen B.
