Regression : 'ENTER' button is seen enabled without entering SIM PIN at 'ENTER SIM PIN' Dialog box in Cellular Connection Page |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 62.0.3202.97/9901.77.0 stable-channel Candy,Daisy and Reks OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign into User ->Insert Mobile Dongle and ensure it is connected (2)Now go to chrome://md-settings page -> At Internet Connection click on Cellular connection -> Navigates to Cellular connected page (3)Now Enable 'Enable SIM Card locking(require PIN to use Mobile data) option -> 'ENTER SIM PIN' Dialog box is seen and now observe 'ENTER' button is seen enabled without entering SIM PIN (4)Observe able to click on 'ENTER' button(Please refer Video) Expected: 'ENTER' button should be enabled only after entering 4 digit PIN Actual: Instead a)'ENTER' button is seen enabled without entering SIM PIN b)On clicking 'ENTER' button 'Invalid PIN.Retries left' error message is seen This is Regression issue as same is working fine in old settings page i.e. 'OK' button is enabled only after entering 4 digit SIM PIN @stevenjb : Please confirm the behavior Note : Issue is seen on latest M-64 also

There are actually 4 different dialogs each with different critera. I don't think this is worth the effort.

@stevenjb :Issue is also seen in 'SIM Card is Locked' overlay i.e. 'UNLOCK' is seen enabled without entering SIM PIN and on clicking 'Invalid PIN.Retries left:3' error message is seen and same for 'Change SIM PIN' overlay i.e. 'CHANGE' is seen enabled.(Please refer video and Screenshot) Please confirm if these are intended change. Reopening issue for confirmation Thanks..!!
