Regression : Glimpse of profile icon is seen after exiting guest mode on Add person overlay

Issue descriptionVersion: 64.0.3265.0 (64-bit)630842eac3832f11f04f626774943de31b1ce35a-refs/heads/master@{#515780} OS: Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and click on 'Avatar' icon and then click on 'Manage people' and remove the person 2. Now again click on 'Avatar' icon and open 'Guest' mode and then exit guest mode,observe add person overlay Actual: Glimpse of profile icon is seen after exiting guest mode on Add person overlay Expected: Glimpse of profile icon should not be seen after exiting guest mode on Add person overlay This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 59’ and will below is the bisect info : Good build: 59.0.3068.0 (Revision: 463475). Bad build: 59.0.3069.0 (Revision: 463921). You are probably looking for a change made after 463697 (known good), but no later than 463698 (first known bad).
