Oftentimes bug reports for regressions say "foo is broken, it worked N weeks ago". Which leads to the question "what version were you running N weeks ago?" to help figure out when foo broken. The reply is usually "I don't know", because most users don't think about the version number very often, and there is no easy way to find out after the fact.
To help make bug reporting easier, and also satisfy the curiosity of those who care about their browser update history, it would be nice if we can:
1. Record the browser (or ChromeOS device) update history somewhere.
2. Make it visible to users, perhaps under an expanded section in chrome://settings/help, or on another WebUI page.
