Needs to send wl_keyboard::leave when destroying surface.

According to the API spec [1], wl_keyboard::leave needs to be sent before sending wl_keyboard::enter for new focus. However the current exo implementation does not send wl_keyboard::leave when the focused surface is destroyed.
