Steps to repro
# launch ChromeVox with ctrl+alt+z
# Load any webpage in Chrome, we are using a Google Drive folder page and a Google Sheet
# Launch settings from the status bar 
# focus lands on the settings main menu (hamburger icon)
# Press search+h until 'Advanced' is focused
# Press tab
# Notice that navigation has wrapped to the top without any indication from ChromeVox that this occured

I expected navigation to stop or a sound or message from ChromeVox to indicate the navigation had wrapped to the top.
