Floating Button in Table Header causes tables to overlap in a flex container.

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 62.0.3202.94
OS Version: 10.0

Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5: Do not have on my machine
  Firefox 4.x: Works fine/correctly
     Edge: Works fine/correctly
  Chrome 61: Works fine/correctly

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a div with display: flex and fix width
2. Have tables inside this container with table header and a float:right button 
3. tables will overlap

What is the expected result?

Tables should not overlap each other

What happens instead of that?

Tables overlap when a button of float right is added in table header

Able to reproduce this issue on windows 10, Mac 10.12.6,Linux Ubuntu 14.04 with Chrome reported version 62.0.3202.94, latest Canary 64.0.3267.0, latest beta 63.0.3239.40 as per steps mentioned in original comment
