A11Y: JAWS and NVDA do not announce active Chrome profile when changing windows |

Issue descriptionWindows Version: 10.0.14393 Build 14393 NVDA: Version 2017.3 JAWS Professional: Version 2018 (build 1710.42 ILM) Chrome versions: 64.0.3262.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) (cohort: Clang-64) 63.0.3239.40 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) (cohort: Beta) # Create a new user in Chrome Canary # Open the default profile and the new user's profile so there are two Chrome new tab windows open # With JAWS running, cycle between windows with alt+tab # Notice that JAWS announces "New Tab - Google Chrome" for both profiles # With JAWS running, focus the "Running applications" toolbar (windows taskbar) # Press right arrow to locate both Chrome icons # Notice that jaws announces the Chrome profile here: "Google Chrome Canary - 1 running window button menu" "David Chrome Canary - 1 running window button menu" # NVDA presents the same results. What should happen: Screen readers should announce the active Chrome profile when changing windows. My work requires the use of multiple profiles. This bug is blocking me from efficiently doing my job.
