Implement specific support for "lease a Swarming task" w.r.t. Machine Provider VMs

When 'leasing a task' on a MP machine, the lease of the task should match the lease of the machine, so that when the user is done, the machine is immediately recycled.

There's missing things right now, like how to defined when the user is done with the VM.
