Periodically export Tricium data to BigQuery for further processing. This should include tracking and feedback data. As data is exported it should be removed from datastore. Data should be exported after some period of time, for instance, 7 days. Not that any removal of tracking data may mean there won't be data available for the Tricium plugin.
