Chrome v62 Policy Default Flash setting "Allow all sites to automatically run the Flash plugin" not working anymore.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Us the latest Policy templates for chrome.
2. Enable group policy Default Flash setting "Allow all sites to automatically run the Flash plugin"
3. Update Chrome too version 62

What is the expected behavior?
It should enable Flash for all websites.

What went wrong?
It doesn´t enable Flash for all websites.

Did this work before? Yes version 61

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.89  Channel: n/a
OS Version: Windows 7, Windows 10
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0
