Chrome App Launcher not Loading with High Sierra

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. multiple attempts to launch Chrome Apps with High Sierra 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? The app launcher opens up and dispalys the Chrome apps What went wrong? The app launcher doesn't load with High Sierra Did this work before? Yes Sierra 12.1 Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.13.1 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0
