Regression: Weird behavior is seen after hitting Enter key on chrome://interventions-internals page.

Chrome Version:64.0.3267.0 Revision ea1e6ed62ee1a0d8b790238a5ff54ca90a66497c-refs/heads/master@{#515867}(32/64 bit)
OS: Windows(7,8,10), Linux(14.1LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://interventions-internals/ page.
(2) navigate to Logs section, press Tab key till focus reaches to 'CLEAR LOGS'
(3) Press Enter and observe.

Actual: Weird behavior is seen after hitting Enter key.

Expected: No such a behavior should seen after hitting Enter key.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M64', will soon update the other info:

Good Build: 64.0.3262.0
Bad Build: 64.0.3263.0

Note: Issue is not seen on Mac OS.

You are probably looking for a change made after 494846 (known good), but no lat
er than 494847 (first known bad).

I'm not sure what weird behavior are you talking about. When I navigate to the page and press Tab key till focus reaches to 'CLEAR LOGS', and hit the Enter key, the logs are cleared, which is expected. Continuously hitting the Enter key after that doesn't have any effect.

Could you please clarify the actual vs expected behavior on this; I'm not sure what "weird behavior" means. It seems to be WAI to me, but I may be missing something.
