Reported by byano...@gmail.com, Nov 13 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0

2. Define User Data Directory
3. Browse site using Service Worker (Outlook Web Access through Office365)

Service Worker CacheStorage still use User Data Directory

Removing SW component as per comment 2. I don't really know if this is a valid expectation... CacheStorage is different than Disk Cache and it arguably belongs with the rest of the profile data. But will let CacheStorage folks decide.

Yeah, "Disk Cache" really means network cache. Does not affect the storage APIs.

If you see any place where we can update documentation to make this clearer, please let us know.
