Regression: Unwanted selection of More options is seen when clicking on sign-in overlay

Chrome Version:64.0.3265.0/10123.0.0 dev-channel Gnawty,Blaze,Parrot
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build>> In sign-in overlay, keep clicking somewhere on the overlay and observe

Actual: Unwanted selection of More options is seen 
Expected: No selection of text should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M59

Note: 1.Issue is not seen in Linux,windows OS
      2.Issue is also seen in M60
