Regression:Unwanted grey border is seen around the search box of app launcher

Chrome Version:64.0.3265.0/10123.0.0 dev-channel Gnawty,Blaze,Parrot
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >>Click on App launcher and Observe unnecessary grey border around the search box

Actual:Unwanted grey border is seen around the search box of app launcher
Expected:No such grey border should be seen around the search box of app launcher

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 64.0.3262.0/10113.0.0 dev channel blaze

Note: Issue is not seen in Linux,windows OS
