What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to http://tidbits.com/podcasts/14397.m4a
(2)Zoom in the page to 300 % press tab key till focus reaches all button on media controller
(3)Hit shift+tab key to traverse back and observe.

Actual: Traces of blue highlight remains on media controller after pressing tab key.

Expected: No such traces of blue highlight should be seen on media controller after pressing tab key.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M55' series i.e. 55.0.2841.0 

Note: Issue not seen on Linux OS.
