Regression:Unwanted lengthy drop down is seen for Language drop down

Chrome Version:64.0.3265.0/10123.0.0 dev-channel Gnawty,Blaze,Parrot
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build >>In OOBE screen ,goto Choose your language & keyboard page
(2)Click on Language drop down and Observe

Actual:Unwanted lengthy drop down is seen for Language drop down
Expected:Unwanted lengthy drop down shouldn't be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 64.0.3262.0/10113.0.0 dev channel blaze

Note: Issue is not seen in Linux,windows OS

@alemate: Please confirm the issue

Ping as this is tagged as RBS.  Cosmetic only, or functional issue to limit dropdown choices?

alemate@, is there any update on this one? intended?

Not blocking release but we'll be willing to evaluate fixing in M64 if a safe merge is available in time

"French (Central African Republic)..." appears to be the culprit here - nothing we can do to shorten that as far as i can tell. Closing .
