Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.75 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce the problem:
I'm try to enterprise (Active Directory) install extensions from local web site.
1. Use new GPO policy ExtensionSettings.
2. Here is policy:

"install_sources": [ "http://srv01.chrome.local" ],
"installation_mode": "force_installed",
"update_url": "http://srv01.chrome.local/update.xml"

}
3. Config and upload update.xml to http://srv01.chrome.local/

4. Upload extension gcbommkclmclpchllfjekcdonpmejbdp to http://srv01.chrome.local/ and save as he.crx
What is the expected behavior?
Extension gcbommkclmclpchllfjekcdonpmejbdp should slient instal for Windows 7 Workstation.
What went wrong?
Policy don't accept with status: Schema validation error at "(ROOT)": Unknown property: install_property
Did this work before? N/A
Chrome version: 62.0.3202.75 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Close ticket, it's ok. Problem was in update.xml
