Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.89 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: - In most scenario while optimizing our web app for slow network, we'd frequently switch the network throttling. - What's most, while looking at the network panel to debug specific request we want to throttle the network at any arbitrary time. But the UI interactive is not in time when you selected the right network. If there's shortcut to switch between most recent 2 network status, what would be very convenient and easy to go. What is the expected behavior? Shortcut to switch between most recent 2 network status. What went wrong? not implemented. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 62.0.3202.89 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.12.6 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0
