browser does not open, only "aw snap" appears

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Canary.
2.
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Browser opens.

What went wrong?
Receive "aw snap" message. Nothing works. Cannot access chrome through canary or anything else.

Crashed report ID: NO.

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? Yes Yes.

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Thanks for reporting the issue.

@Could you please try in latest chrome canary in a fresh chrome profile without any extensions and flags enabled ans update us with your observations and if you can still able to reproduce the issue, please provide us the crash id.
