Tested the issue in Android and not able to reproduce the issue. Steps Followed: 1. Created a HTML file with sample code provided in the C#3. 2. Launched the Chrome Browser. 3. Tap on the Dropdown arrow displayed. 4. Observed that A, B, C, X, Y, Z values are displayed and user is able to select the desired value. Chrome versions tested: 62.0.3202.84, 62.0.3202.89(Stable), 63.0.32329.41 (Beta), 64.0.3268.2 (Canary) OS: Android 8.1.0, Android 7.0.0 Android Devices: Pixel XL Build/OPM1.171019, SM-J710F Build/NRD90M @david.hubert.cook -- Thanks for providing sample code. Could you please provide the device details in which the issue is reproduced. Thanks in advance.
