Icons missed in tabs and bookmarks and extensions

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:55.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/55.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open the browser.
2. see top of the browser.
3. see icons are disapear!

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
when i update Chromium into the last version, Icons missed in 'tabs' and 'bookmarks' and 'extensions'.

Did this work before? Yes I'm not sure, but guess it's worked in 63 version or in the first version of 64

Chrome version: Version 64.0.3264.0 (Developer Build) (64-bit)  Channel: stable
