Node screenshot doesn't respect system UI scaling

Reported by stasvare...@gmail.com, Nov 12 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.89 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Change your system scaling to anything that's different from 100%;
2. Try to take a node screenshot in Chrome;
3. You'll get weird results that don't represent what you really want to capture.

What is the expected behavior?
Screenshot should capture exactly what the selected element is.

What went wrong?
I am testing this on a 200% scaling. Here is an element that I am trying to capture and the final result that Chrome gave me with the capture node screenshot functionality.

Did this work before? No
