Cancelled download item becomes black when the download bar is closed and opened again

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.89 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download Something
2. Cancel the download in chrome://downloads/
3. Close the download bar
4. Start another download

What is the expected behavior?
Then the cancelled download should not appear in the bar

What went wrong?
Then the cancelled download item sometimes appears in the bar superimposed or with black shadows

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.89  Channel: stable

@tonytonylianlong,Unable to reproduce the issue on reported version 62.0.3202.89, latest stable 62.0.3202.94 and latest Canary 64.0.3266.0 using Mac 10.12.6
