Put Sources' window Pretty Print instructions all on the same line

Reported by jidanni@gmail.com, Nov 12 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.89 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

On the Sources window we see
(1) "Pretty print this minified file?"
Then a one line gap.
Then (2) "You can click {} ..."

What happens is the user never thinks the two parts are related. He ends
up clicking "Pretty print this minified file?", and nothing happens.

He then clicks the blue circle with the "i" in it to the left of this
sentence, an still nothing happens.

He then does
https://www.google.com/search?q=Pretty+print+this+minified+file?
which leads to
http://elijahmanor.com/7-chrome-tips-developers-designers-may-not-know/
which explains the mystery.

Therefore please:
Put (1) and (2) all on the same line! Thanks!

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Never guessed Pretty Print had anything to do with "{}" due to instruction being separated.

Did this work before? N/A
