Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.89 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Download a file 2. The download bar at the bottom will trigger a window.onresize event 3. What is the expected behavior? It should not affect the web page layout What went wrong? window.onresize will be triggered when the download bar comes and go Did this work before? Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 62.0.3202.89 and on latest dev 64.0.3269.0 using Windows 10,Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.6. This issue looks similar to issue 573362 . cc'ing asanka from that issue for further inputs on this. Thanks!
