Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Record a HAR file in Chrome DevTools 2. Add up the non-negative timings ( entry.timings.blocked + entry.timings.dns + entry.timings.connect + entry.timings.send + entry.timings.wait + entry.timings.receive) for a request entry that contains -1 for connect and dns 3. Compare to the reported entry.time What is the expected behavior? The total time should be the sum excluding the -1 timings as described in the HAR here: http://www.softwareishard.com/blog/har-12-spec/#timings What went wrong? The sum appears to be including the connect and dns timings when they are -1. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:

I think this was fixed by this bug being fixed: http://crbug.com/760547 I have also made a few corrections to HAR timings lately: http://crbug.com/881588 http://crbug.com/841613 I think this bug is fixed. Can you still reproduce it?
